Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Friendlycomm.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Processing
In normal business days, your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after your order was placed. Order that is placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed the next following business day. The cut off time for our final shipping will be at 3:30 PM eastern time Monday thru Friday.
RETURN POLICY
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RMA #.

Returning Accessories:
All accessories sales are FINAL, Exchange Only. Exchange will be granted only if item is defective or unopened. The warranty is effective within 10 days from the date the item was shipped. All returns must include a copy of receipt, RMA #, all original packaging and materials. Defective items will be tested before a replacement or refund is issued.After the 10-day warranty period, all inquiries will be directed to the manufacturer for warranty repair.
Returning Cellular Phone:
Yearly commitment is required! In the event you cancel service with your carrier (Verizon Wireless) prior to the contractual commitment, we will charge you a penalty of $200 in addition to your selected carrier penalties ($175).
If you wish to return an activated cellular phone, you may do so within 14 days from the activation date. Phone must be in brand new condition and have less than 30 minutes of usage on the phone`s call timer. A $30 restocking fee will apply. Phone, manual, additional promotional gifts and box must be in original condition.
In the event you decide to keep the phone, but decide to de-activate the service, we will automatically charge you the difference between the promotional price you originally paid and the full price of a replacement phone (varies on model of phone).
Defective equipment may be exchange within (15) days from the date of purchase providing the phone has less than 30 minutes of usage on the phone`s call timer, or after 30 days from purchase, will be sent to the manufacture for warranty repair.
