Friendly Communications started its operations 15 years ago as a pager and two-way radio retailer. Today, Friendly Communications is the largest authorized Verizon Wireless retailer and e-commerce partner within the Asian American market. With 8 different retail locations and growing, Friendly Communications continues to expand its customer base. To capture the interest of the Asian American customers, Friendly Communications developed a unique blend of marketing techniques in its niche market. First, Friendly Communications standardized each and every retail outlets to provide consistence pricing and support. Secondly, Friendly produces its own brochures and marketing materials that alleviate the Asian language barrier. And finally, Friendly Communications’ motto is to treat every customer with the highest integrity, respect, and honesty.

Community Services
Beyond the call of duty, Friendly Communications, inc. has participle a great deal of community events and sponsorship programs. After the tragic event of September 11, Friendly Communications were the first authorized agent to volunteer its services to the public by offering residents of downtown Manhattan a free Verizon Wireless cellular phone. This enable all the residents the ability to communicate with their love ones. Furthermore, when New York’s Major (Bloomberg) ask to establish a Adopt A Company Program, Friendly Communications were there to provide nearby business with free Internet Access (Verizon Wireless’ Express Network) and provided a helping hand to the local business in needs.
